Work on a new building at RIDC Armstrong Innovation Park is underway.
The new 30,000 square foot, $5.3 million tech flex building by the Regional Industrial Development Corporation of Southwestern Pennsylvania (RIDC) is the first development on the more than 80 acres of pad-ready parcels at the property, formerly known as Northpointe Industrial Park.
